Usage:

For Babies (6+ Months):

Mix 2 tablespoons of banana powder with a little water to form a smooth paste. Add 1 cup of water and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously. Cool to a suitable temperature before serving. For babies above 1 year, it can also be prepared with milk.

For Kids:

Prepare as a warm porridge with milk or water. Sweeten with jaggery if desired and serve as a wholesome breakfast or snack.
